Roles: the Benchmarked account can edit the ID label, Title, Estimate, Covered by, Comment, and Dev status on every item. The Client account can set Approved / Reviewed on every item. Either account can add a new issue, attach images to a comment, and mark an item Done / Removed or restore it. All other fields are read-only for that role.
Storage: all edits are saved to a shared Netlify Blobs store via /api/state — same pattern as the Qualitum partner portal — so both accounts see the same live data from any device. If the function is briefly unreachable, edits still save to this browser only and sync automatically once it reconnects.
